There are many different volunteer paths at Flames of Compassion Uganda. We are always looking for qualified teachers to teach all types of music or dance. Our children crave instruction in art and crafts. We welcome volunteers who can teach projects in photography, video, and computer skills. Flames of Compassion Uganda never has enough literacy instructors or librarians eager to teach the love of books. We need people with an understanding of agricultural and environmental issues. The areas in which you can make a difference in a child’s life are boundless. Are you a nurse, a tailor, an event planner, a lawyer, a social worker, counselor, architect, teacher, an engineer, a botanist? If you have a skill Flames of Compassion Uganda welcomes further discussions with you. We welcome individuals and couples of all ages, plus families with teenaged children. Participants should be healthy for travel, and tolerant of less than stellar living conditions and amenities. Volunteer opportunities can be organized for a community, school, or corporate groups.
